This is how we do things. For over ten years, we have cooked the same way, with care, with real ingredients, and with respect for the people sitting at our tables. No shortcuts, no substitutes. Just honest food, made fresh every day in Nimman, Chiang Mai.
Real Ingredients, Real Flavor
Real ingredients, real flavour. We cook with natural ingredients, organic free-range eggs, real butter, real cheese, and real fruit. No preservatives, no artificial additives, nothing we wouldn't eat ourselves.
From Our Garden to Your Plate
From our garden to your plate. Our salads are made with some vegetables we grow ourselves using hydroponic farming right here in Chiang Mai. Each ingredient is washed, prepared, and handled with care before it reaches your table.
Crafted In-House
Made from scratch. Our desserts are homemade, we slow-smoke our own meats, make our own yogurt, tempeh, and sauces. If it comes from our kitchen, it was made by our hands.
Green Commitment
Mindful of our footprint. We know that every meal has an environmental cost, and we try to keep ours small. The coffee we serve comes from local Chiang Mai farmers who are transitioning away from crop burning toward sustainable coffee farming, helping to reduce the air pollution that affects our city every year. We also use reusable glassware, package all takeout in paper or biodegradable materials including cutlery, and sort and recycle our waste. Small steps, taken seriously.
